About The Bin On KI
The Bin On KI is a newly built, unique grain bin home located on the beautiful west side of Kelley's Island, in a quiet neighborhood 1 block from the water. The Bin is 1 mile from downtown and approximately 1.5 miles from the ferry boat.

Septic is in, HVAC is just about complete, as is plumbing and electric!
The new permanent ceiling is in and inside work can begin!
The first wall has been put up, we are so excited!!
